Valid Indian License & Adhar Card - GAADILELOO members should hold a valid Indian driving license. If not an Indian citizen, member must have a valid International driving license. ORIGINAL Aadhaar is mandatory .

GAADILELOO members whose driving license has expired will not be allowed to make bookings.

No Alcoholic & drug related issues in past 5 years

Payment's - Payments are only accepted through online payment mode. (Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, Upi payment or Mobile Wallet).

Booking Confirmation: Once you complete your booking on our website, you will receive a booking confirmation email with all the necessary details, including the pick-up location and time.

Return Policy:

We want to ensure a smooth return process for our customers. Here are the details of our Return Policy:

Return Instructions: When your rental period is over, return the vehicle to the specified drop-off location in the same condition as when you received it. Ensure all belongings are removed from the vehicle.
Late Returns: Please be punctual with your return. Late returns may incur additional charges, which will be deducted from your security deposit.

Refund Policy:

At GaadiLeloo, we understand that plans can change. Here's our Refund Policy to address cancellations and security deposit refunds:

Cancellation before 2 Days: If you cancel your booking at least 2 days before the scheduled pick-up date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the total fare amount. The remaining 90% will be refunded to your original payment method.
Cancellation before 1 Day: If you cancel your booking at least 1 day before the scheduled pick-up date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the total fare amount. The remaining 80% will be refunded to your original payment method.
Same-Day Cancellation: If you cancel your booking on the same booking date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of the total fare amount. The remaining 70% will be refunded to your original payment method.
Security Deposit Refund: The security deposit will be refunded within 48 to 72 hours after the safe return of the vehicle, provided there are no outstanding charges, damages, or violations associated with your rental.
Refund Process: Refunds for cancellations will be processed to the original payment method used during the booking. Allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

BOOKING

Booking:

If You wish to extend a reservation, You may do so only if following conditions are fulfilled:
The online payment for the extension has been made and successfully receipt by GAADILELOOr; and
The Vehicle is available for use for the extension period (for example, it is not reserved by another Member); and
The request to extend is completed prior to the scheduled expiration time of Your existing reservation.
In case, any of the above conditions are missing after the expiry of the booking (initial or immediate prior) then You will be deemed to possess the vehicle without authorization and must hand over the Vehicle to GAADILELOO’s parking or its representative without fail/ delay. A delay beyond one hour from the expected handover time of vehicle or after the expiry of booking as the case may be, will be making You the guilty of breach of trust and Your involvement in theft of Vehicle would be presumed without any doubt.
The Hirer shall be liable to pay the stipulated charges as mentioned in the Schedule of Charges, if the Hirer or any other person authorized by him / her fails to observe the terms of usage of Vehicle.
GAADILELOO may send booking confirmation, itinerary information, cancellation, payment confirmation, refund status, schedule change or any such other information relevant for the transaction, via SMS or by voice call on the contact number given by the User at the time of booking;
GAADILELOO may also contact the User by voice call, SMS or email in case the User couldn't or hasn't concluded the booking, for any reason what so ever or to know the preference of the User for concluding the booking and also to help the User for the booking.
The User hereby unconditionally consents that such communications via SMS and/ or voice call by GAADILELOO is
Upon the request and authorization of the User,
'Transactional' and not an 'unsolicited commercial communication' as per the guidelines of Telecom Regulation Authority of India (TRAI) and
In compliance with the relevant guidelines of TRAI or such other authority in India and abroad. The User will indemnify GAADILELOO against all types of losses and damages incurred by GAADILELOO due to any action taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations) or any other authority due to any erroneous compliant made by the User against GAADILELOO with respect to the intimations mentioned above or on account of any wrong number or email id provided by the User for any reason whatsoever.

Cancellation & Reschedule:

If You wish to cancel a reservation or shorten the period for which a vehicle has been reserved, You must do so in advance, in pursuance of the Fee Policy.
GAADILELOO shall be entitled to terminate any booking at any time without giving any reason or prior notice to the Customer .(this should be send by whatsapp and message to the customer)

Vehicle pickup & return:

A photograph(s) of the user and the documentation that they provide will be taken at the time of vehicle pick-up, for security purposes. This is to avoid cases of fraud & theft. These photographs will not be shared with any third parties and will only be used for identifying the user under the purview of the trip that they take with GAADILELOO.

Personal Information and Documents :

The user has to present a valid driving license and Aadhaar Card at the GAADILELOO pickup location before pickup. In case the user is unable to present the same, the booking shall stand cancelled.

If the user is not an Indian citizen, he/she must present a valid International driving license at the GAADILELOO pickup location before pickup. In addition to the above, user has to produce any one of the following ORIGINAL Identity Proofs at the time of picking up the vehicle- Passport, Voter Identity Card or PAN Card, etc

The user can collect the pre-booked vehicle from the designated GAADILELOO parking after verifying his/her identity and on completing the requisite paperwork. Booking time is calculated from the moment, the user gains possession of the vehicle’s keys. Prior to taking possession, it is the User's responsibility to inspect the vehicle carefully. In the event of any damages or malfunction, the user should inform GAADILELOO immediately.
It is the responsibility of the user to return the vehicle in the same condition as at the time of pickup. In case the interior and/or the exterior of the vehicle is found to be soiled and/or damaged, cleaning charges and/or penalty will apply accordingly subject to a maximum of Rs. 1000 or depending on the extent of the damage, to be decided by GAADILELOO after the ride has ended.
GAADILELOO requests its users to kindly check all the features of the vehicle. In the event of any queries, the user is free to contact a GAADILELOO official. In case the user is dissatisfied with the performance of the vehicle, he/she must inform a GAADILELOO official at the time of pickup. In such an event the user will be provided an alternate vehicle of his/her choice as per availability. In case no alternate vehicles are available, the booking deposits will be reimbursed to the user’s bank account or GAADILELOO wallet as per specified by the user at the time of booking.
In order to return possession, the user must hand over the keys of the vehicle to a GAADILELOO employee at the designated parking space. If the keys are not returned, GAADILELOO will consider that the user is yet to return possession and the user will be billed accordingly. The vehicle must be returned at the authorized GAADILELOO pickup point only. In case the user fails to return the vehicle on time for any reason whatsoever, penalty charges will apply accordingly.
In case of a drop at any satellite location, if the user reaches the drop location before the ride end time, he will have to wait for the GAADILELOO employee to reach the location, for a duration not exceeding 1 hour which will be calculated after the customer has informed the corresponding site of his arrival.

If a third party lays claim to or detains the Vehicle or otherwise take any action in respect of the Vehicle, the Hirer shall take immediate action to ensure that the Vehicle is released from such detention and / or such claim is fully satisfied by the Hirer in that regard.

If the Hirer loses legal or physical control of the Vehicle, the Hirer shall inform our Support team within four hours and if necessary, take appropriate measures to ensure recovering legal and physical control of the Vehicle.

GAADILELOO may take any and all actions in the interests of protecting its rights, not excluding action in the name of the Hirer. The costs incurred as a result of any action as stated herein are to be borne by the Hirer and payment shall for this cost shall be Pay in cash or original payment mode of customer.

The Vehicle shall be returned in the same conditions in which the Vehicle was taken at the time of commencement of Hire Period along with following,

With tyres, tools, accessories and equipment’s
Manufacturer Manual, warranties and other documents furnished by the Manufacturer in respect of the Vehicle.
Copies of registration certificate and the insurance policy (Car Documents).
Keys (original) of the Vehicle and accessories of the Vehicle.

MEMBER AGREEMENT

Terms of vehicle use:

The customer shall pay the car rental fare as per the applicable rates and payment schedules mentioned on the website of GAADILELOO at the time of booking. The customer shall also pay parking charges, toll-charges, service tax, state tax and any other fee or levy presently payable or imposed hereinafter under applicable law/s for availing the car rental services.

Safety:

Seat Belts and Child Restraints- Member is responsible for:

Complying with all applicable seat belt, speed limit and child restraint laws. It is being made crystal clear that Member must abide themselves with the maximum speed/ weight limit and any other instructions being displayed/ communicated by the authorities through marks or sign boards in various locations of the concurrent trip
Protecting all children by properly using any child passenger restraint system that complies with the Motor Vehicle Safety Standards in the jurisdiction where the trip is initiated and where GAADILELOO vehicle is driven during such trip.
Securing GAADILELOO Vehicles:
Each time Member parks a GAADILELOO Vehicle (either at the end of the reservation or during the reservation period), the Member is responsible for securing the vehicle from external factors including human or general known adverse weather conditions.
Windows must be closed and the central locking system must be enabled using the smart phone app or the SMS command). If the car is outside of cell phone range, and the car cannot be locked through the phone command system, the User must remove the key and lock the car manually. Member will be responsible for any fees or charges associated with a failure to perform these steps.
GAADILELOO encourages all its Members to take full responsibility of their belongings. In case of any Member claims to have left back any luggage or any phones or personal music devices inadvertently in GAADILELOO vehicle after the Member completes his/her reservation, GAADILELOO shall endeavor to locate the lost belongings on a "best-effort" basis provided the Member notifies GAADILELOO of the same within 90 (Ninety) minutes of the successful return of the car post completion/termination of the reservation, but GAADILELOO shall not be held responsible for such loss or damage in any circumstances.
Prohibited Uses:
The use of a GAADILELOO vehicle under the following conditions is prohibited:
any speed race or competition;
for the purpose of towing, pushing, or propelling any trailer or any other vehicle;
for the primary business purpose of transporting people or operating a taxi service;
by any person who is under the influence of (i) alcohol or (ii) any drug or medication under the effects of which the operation of a vehicle is prohibited or not recommended. A zero-tolerance policy is adopted and a limit of 0.0% applies;
in the carrying out of any crime or any other illegal activity;
in an imprudent, negligent, or abusive manner or for any abnormal use of this vehicle;
by any person who has provided GAADILELOO with false information or whose representations are determined to be false (including, without limitation, regarding his name, age, or address);
driving a GAADILELOO vehicle outside of India or any prohibited areas within India;
driving while using a mobile phone or any other mobile communication device in any manner whatsoever, including while sending an SMS, emailing, using a cell phone with or without a hands-free device, otherwise using a mobile communication device that may distract you from driving or otherwise engaging in similar activities that may be prohibited by applicable law;
Using GAADILELOO vehicle to transport flammable, poisonous, or otherwise hazardous substances for other than legally permissible household use or in amounts greater than what is usually consumed in a household.
Transporting objects with GAADILELOO vehicle that could – due to their size, shape, or weight adversely impact the vehicle’s handling safety or that could damage the interior of GAADILELOO vehicle or, by virtue of such object/s protruding outside, affect the safety of vehicles driving in the vicinity of GAADILELOO vehicle.
Transporting more passengers than the prescribed seating capacity of the vehicle by manufacturer of the vehicle.
The foregoing examples are not intended to be an exhaustive list. Any unreasonable, unwarranted, illegal, unethical or inappropriate use of a GAADILELOO vehicle except the personal use for travel, as determined by GAADILELOO in its sole discretion, may be deemed a violation of these terms and conditions. GAADILELOO may report to the authorities any use of a GAADILELOO vehicle or other activities that are in violation of local, state, and/or national law or in violation of these terms and conditions.
GAADILELOO may immediately suspend or terminate the use of its Service by any Member for a violation of any of the terms and conditions of Member Agreement. Upon suspension or termination, any existing reservations for the Member may be cancelled by GAADILELOO at its sole discretion. In addition, Member will be absolutely responsible for any and all, losses, damages (direct/indirect), costs, charges, fees and expenses incurred by GAADILELOO, as a result of a breach of any of these terms and conditions and Member unconditionally and irrevocably agrees that GAADILELOO reserves the right to pursue the remedial action to recover the losses/damages suffered by GAADILELOO from Member’s property including but not limited to his/her legal heirs/representative’s properties.

Customer liability & security of vehicle:

Member is responsible for providing and maintaining current e-mail, cell phone, residential address (current/temporary and permanent), and other account information with GAADILELOO. Member further warrants that information provided to GAADILELOO shall be absolutely correct and is bound to inform to GAADILELOO promptly, if any change occurs in the information provided earlier including but not limited to residential address.

Member is responsible for keeping any GAADILELOO related password and/or PIN numbers in strict confidence and to not make passwords or PINs available to third-parties, should a PIN or password be reduced to written or electronic form, the Member will be responsible for any associated costs and/or damages in connection with unauthorized use by third-parties. If a Member has reason to believe a third-party may have obtained unauthorized knowledge of a password and/or PIN, Member agrees to change the compromised password and/or PIN instantly.

GAADILELOO shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage, howsoever caused or suffered by the Customer arising out of the use of car rental service offered by GAADILELOO or due to the failure of GAADILELOO to provide services to the Customer for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to the Customer's non-compliance with the services' recorded voice instructions, malfunction, partial or total failure of any network terminal, data processing system, computer tele-transmission or telecommunications system or other circumstances whether or not beyond the control of GAADILELOO or any person or any organization involved in the above mentioned systems.

Without prejudice to the above, GAADILELOO shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage which may be suffered by the Customer as a result of any failure on the part of GAADILELOO to provide a taxi to the Customer within any stipulated time even if GAADILELOO has agreed to provide the taxi, or even if the Customer has apprised GAADILELOO of the possibility of any such loss or damage which would result if the taxi is not provided at all or is not provided within the stipulated time to the Customer

GAADILELOO holds the right to refuse a booking if the user is found to possess any of the below items. The vehicle will not be used in a negligent or abusive manner. In the case of non-compliance, appropriate actions may be taken against the user by the concerned authorities.

Prohibited Uses:

The use of a GAADILELOO

Vehicle under the following conditions is prohibited:

for the primary business purpose of transporting people or operating a taxi service;
for the primary business purpose of transporting people or operating a taxi service;
in the carrying out of any crime or any other illegal activity;
in an imprudent, negligent, or abusive manner or for any abnormal use of this vehicle;
by any person who has provided GAADILELOO with false information or whose representations are determined to be false (including, without limitation, regarding his name, age, or address);
driving a GAADILELOO vehicle outside of India or any prohibited areas within India;
driving while using a mobile phone or any other mobile communication device in any manner whatsoever, including while sending an SMS, emailing, using a cell phone with or without a hands-free device, otherwise using a mobile communication device that may distract you from driving or otherwise engaging in similar activities that may be prohibited by applicable law;
to carry number of persons (excluding the driver) exceeding the permissible number as specified in MVT Law
to ferry pets or any type of animals.
As per government rules and regulations, few cars may be speed limited to 80 km/hr for your safety

The foregoing examples are not intended to be an exhaustive list. Any unreasonable, unwarranted, illegal, unethical or inappropriate use of a GAADILELOO vehicle except the personal use for travel, as determined by GAADILELOO in its sole discretion, may be deemed a violation of these terms and conditions. GAADILELOO may report to the authorities any use of a GAADILELOO vehicle or other activities that are in violation of local, state, and/or national law or in violation of these terms and conditions.
GAADILELOO may immediately suspend or terminate the use of its Service by any Member for a violation of any of the terms and conditions of Member Agreement. Upon suspension or termination, any existing reservations for the Member may be cancelled by GAADILELOO at its sole discretion. In addition, Member will be absolutely responsible for any and all, losses, damages (direct/indirect), costs, charges, fees and expenses incurred by GAADILELOO, as a result of a breach of any of these terms and conditions and Member unconditionally and irrevocably agrees that GAADILELOO reserves the right to pursue the remedial action to recover the losses/damages suffered by GAADILELOO from Member’s property including but not limited to his/her legal heirs/representative’s properties. (22)

Following conditions will be considered as Myles car misuse. Customers will be fined if found involved in any of the following:

Over speeding: Users are allowed to drive the Vehicle up to a maximum speed of 100 km/hr (63 GAADILELOO/hr), beyond which the Vehicle will be considered as over speeding. A penalty of Rs. 200 will be charged on the first instance, followed by a further penalty of Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 for 2nd instance and 3rd instance respectively making it a total of Rs. 1,700/- at third instance. After the third instance, Booking will stand cancelled and the Company shall get the right to take back the Vehicle and terminate this Agreement.
Traffic violation: Customers are liable to pay for any traffic violation tickets received during their journey. GAADILELOO can charge traffic violation from the customer’s credit/debit card on actuals if the violations tickets are sent directly to the company by the traffic department.
Car spare part changed: Customers should not change or remove any car spare parts. In case of emergency, the customer should inform GAADILELOO and act as per advice. Customers will be charged a penalty of Rs. 5000 over and above the cost of spare part.
Tyre misuse: In case of any tyre damages resulting from driving in bad terrain and continued driving in case of tyre puncture, customers will be charged for the cost of tyre on actuals.
Running vehicle in damaged conditions: Customers are not advised to drive the car if it gets damaged in an accident. Customers are advised to inform GAADILELOO immediately. In such case, customers will be charged for the cost of spare parts on actuals.
Unauthorized activity in the car:Customers are not allowed to carry arms, ammunitions and banned drugs. In addition, use of car for commercial activity such as product sell and promotion, and carry goods is strictly prohibited. In such cases, customers will be charged a penalty of Rs. 5000.
External branding: Any form of external branding on the car is prohibited. Customers are not allowed to paste or paint any external brand promotion on the car. Customers will have to pay a penalty of Rs. 5000.
Tampering with devices:Customers are not allowed to tamper with the odometer, GPS device and in-car technology devices. Customers will have to pay a penalty of Rs. 1000 and over in addition to the actual cost of the device.
Deliberately driving the car in water: Customers will be charged for the actual cost of repair and spare parts.
Producing fake and tampered personal documents:Customers will be charged a penalty of Rs. 1000 if found guilty.
Diversion: Customers are not allowed to drive the car into unauthorized or government banned areas. Customers are advised to inform GAADILELOO in case they change the course of their trip. All Myles cars are geo-fenced and customers have to pay a penalty Rs. 10,000 if the car trespasses into banned areas, naxal hit areas, international border of republic of India and extreme end of ladakh.

Insurance & liability:

Responsibility for Vehicle Damage: In the event of damage to the vehicle during the rental period, the customer will be responsible for the costs of repairs if the damage is under 40,000. If the damage exceeds 40,000 then customer will pay instant liability off 25000.We will claim the vehicle in insurance. And also charge off pre schedule booking on that 15 days or the charge off tax (18% GST) of claim estimate charge.
Member deductible obligation If a user is in compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the GAADILELOO, the company shall provide primary liability protection, which is the extent of claims / liabilities covered by GAADILELOO’s vehicle insurer, on GAADILELOO vehicles for claims and/or liabilities arising out of the use or operation of the vehicle by the Member. User will be responsible for any associated deductible personally attributable to the user.
If it is determined that losses will exceed the user’s coverage as provided by GAADILELOO, the user will be responsible for excess charges GAADILELOO does not take responsibility of theft or damage to the user’s or any third party’s belongings. In case of annulment of the Insurance policy due to user's negligence, rash driving or any such incident, user has to pay the showroom repair cost of the vehicle.
Liability protection applies only to claims of third party bodily injury, death or property damage, other than to the vehicle, arising from the use of GAADILELOO vehicle as permitted by this agreement and applicable law. Such protection excludes any claim made by the user or the user’s immediate family members who live with the member or are travelling with the member at the time of the incident.

This Agreement is intended for the benefit of Member and GAADILELOO and no other party may claim rights hereunder, whether as a third-party beneficiary or otherwise. Under no circumstances will GAADILELOO be liable to any third party for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or related to this agreement or use of GAADILELOO vehicle and service.
Unless explicitly provided by GAADILELOO, any specific service or deliverable, obtaining sufficient insurance coverage shall be the obligation/option of the User and GAADILELOO shall not accept any claim/s arising out of such contingencies.
Insurance cover, if any provided as a part of the service/ product by GAADILELOO shall be based on the terms and conditions of the insuring company. The User shall contact the insurance company directly for any claim/s or dispute/s which may arise out of such insurance cover. GAADILELOO shall not provide any express or implied undertakings for acceptance of the claims by the insurance company.

Traffic rules (violation & other incidents)

It is the responsibility of the user to inform GAADILELOO in case of any incident which has caused damage to the vehicle and/or any public or private property or any incident which has caused injury to individual(s) and/or animal(s). It is mandatory for the user to file a police report in such an event regardless of liability or fault.
In such an event the user must provide the following details to GAADILELOO: Name, address and the license number of the user driving the vehicle at the time of the incident. Name, address and contact number of witnesses (if any). Circumstances of the incident describing the immediate environment of the incident and position of the vehicle prior to the incident. In the event of any lawsuit, users are expected to assist the authorities with investigations (if any). In case any lawsuit against a user is proved in the court of law, GAADILELOO reserves the right to revoke membership of the individual.
In such an event the user must provide the following details to GAADILELOO: Name, address and the license number of the user driving the vehicle at the time of the incident. Name, address and contact number of witnesses (if any). Circumstances of the incident describing the immediate environment of the incident and position of the vehicle prior to the incident. In the event of any lawsuit, users are expected to assist the authorities with investigations (if any). In case any lawsuit against a user is proved in the court of law, GAADILELOO reserves the right to revoke membership of the individual.

Driving under the influence of Alcohol/Drugs is strictly prohibited. GAADILELOO will not be responsible to compensate for any mishaps and their consequences in such cases. The customer will be liable to pay for all damages to the vendor for the same.

Cleanliness & maintenance:

GAADILELOO will perform all necessary and required routine maintenance on all of its vehicles. However, Member is responsible for the cleanliness of vehicle and are expected to assist in helping GAADILELOO to maintain the driving safety and performance of the vehicle, in particular during longer reservations or when the vehicle indicates that service or maintenance is required.
Vehicle may require Roadside Assistance from time to time. GAADILELOO makes reasonable best efforts to provide Roadside Assistance support in all cases. If, however, a Member's need for Roadside Assistance results from a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Member may be charged for the full costs of the towing, repair & maintenance.
Use of tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, and alcohol is absolutely prohibited inside GAADILELOO vehicles. Member is subject to additional fine if evidence of smoking, chewing, drinking or dipping is found inside GAADILELOO vehicles or complained of by a Member using the vehicle immediately following the Member’s reservation.
Burning any substance is absolutely prohibited in GAADILELOO vehicles. This includes, but is not limited to tobacco, other drugs, and incense.
Pets are absolutely prohibited in GAADILELOO vehicles, except for those vehicles designated “pet friendly”. Member is subject to additional fees, if evidence of pets is found in GAADILELOO vehicles or complained of by a Member using the vehicle immediately following the Member’s reservation.

GPS:

Vehicles registered with GAADILELOO will be continuously tracked by GAADILELOO using GPS for security reasons or for reasons deemed fit and proper by GAADILELOO.

Legal disputes & conflicts:

The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any legal dispute or conflict between GAADILELOO and its users arising from the services of GAADILELOO. The user must pay GAADILELOO’s attorney fees and bear the cost of legal proceedings relating to this agreement, including appeals. AADHAR E-SIGN

By submitting Aadhaar number to GAADILELOO India, you hereby authorize GAADILELOO to collect, encrypt ,store and authenticate your Aadhaar number and demographic details (Information) against UIDAI database by itself or via NSDL e-governance Infra Ltd, an Authentication User Agency duly licensed by UIDAI via Digio.in before updating your account.
GAADILELOO will use your aadhar number to verify your identity and to collect e-signs against the SLA documentations.
GAADILELOO may use your demographic and biometric/OTP (Or any similar authentication mechanism) information for the purpose of Aadhar based authentication/e-KYC and e-sign.
Drievzy may share the Aadhaar data with government law enforcement agenrices in case of any legal case/theft etc.
GAADILELOO stores your aadhar verified details in encrypted form and in no manner has the access to your real aadhar number. Only you can see your aadhaar number in your profile.

Vehicles will contain hardware that gathers and transmits information about vehicle use. This is done as a security measure against accident or theft and also to provide You with valuable services and information, such as other drivers' data.

Your location information will be confined to GAADILELOO’S service, and we endeavour not to make your location or movements’ public unless it is required under personal, medical and legal (recovery and insurance) exigencies. As part of our service, the location of your vehicle may be released to insurance companies, the police, courts, tribunals or similar law enforcement agencies, in the course of an investigation and/or accident claim, and to provide assistance in emergencies. Driver and vehicle Information:

As a member of GAADILELOO’s Website, you authorize us to access Your driver’s record, vehicle travelled history report pertaining to Your ride/trip from all applicable entities and authorities’. Moreover, You authorize all DMVs, RMVs, auto mechanics and all other entities and interested parties to release information to us regarding Your driving record and vehicle travel history.

You have the right to request to GAADILELOO to discontinue the use of Your personal information. To withdraw Your consent to our collection and processing of Your information in future, You may do so by closing your account.
